Pet Policy

LVL West is a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household. Pet rent is $50 per month per pet. There is also a non-refundable $500 one-time fee required for each pet. There is a 60 lb combined weight limit. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets. Please reach out to our leasing team for questions about breed restrictions or additional questions about your pets.
